Margie says Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 11:38 pm kept my C & J s at 77# cause my form is crap these days. Then did AMRAP in 10min ofslightly scary heavy TGU 1R,1L (40#)8 swings (40#)about 80 or 90 feet walking lunge carrying a 25# sandbag 2 rounds plus 2 TGUs. Really hard. Great time.
