The lift just wasn’t there today. Very frustrating, especially 500, a weight that has been a safe opener for me.
Afterwards did Angie as RXd in 17:04, started off fast, got through the pullups in six and change, hit the wall during pushups everything afterwards was a struggle, 24 second PR.

Hey guys – I’m out this weekend for a bachelor party, and every single weekend in September (Toronto FF and two weddings), so it may be a while before I see you. Though I am around Labor Day weekend, and could be up for another Murph! I’ll be checking the site and trying to keep up on the WODs while I’m traveling–train hard and keep kickin butt. – Chris
