Class today was a Lot of fun to teach. Really excited to hear that you guys like the O lifts. You will all be seeing a lot more of them in this cycle.
I need to buy a camera, I only have so many good pictures left for the blog. Any recommendations?Something that will work well with low light and lots of movement.

Snatching is fun. Olympic lifts are quickly becoming my favorites after learning the snatch and split jerk this week.
Got up to 75#, felt good but not consistently good.

That was good times.
Stayed at 135# and worked on being quick with the whole movement and landing in the right position.
