Great work by everyone in all THREE classes today. For my 6am friends I have to say that I have spent much of the last 3 years waking up at 4:45am and hating it but I love getting to the Lyceum by 5:30 in anticipation of working with you all.We’ll miss you all this weekend but have a great time w/ Jacinto!

Was the press five sets of three or three sets of five? I tried three sets of 5, but only got 4 on each set.
In one way, working out with a serious sleep deficit is interesting. I can feel right where the “wall” has moved up, and it always knocks one or two reps off.
Things have calmed down a bit at least, my diet is back in order for the most part and I’m cooking again!
Lulu has developed some powerful lungs, I’m very thankful that our neighbors have been out of town for the last two weeks.
Hopefully I’ll see everyone Sunday (keeping my fingers crossed!).

Don’t know if anybody is watching, but the men’s 400 m relay = one of the best swims i have ever seen. The top 5 teams were under the world record, which was set yesterday; winning team was under by 4 seconds! Incredible.
