Hey guys…I’m celebrating my bday with some of my crazy friends and fam tonight. We’ll probably be bouncing around some bars on Smith St. since I never really know where to go in my own neighborhood!!! michele, a suggestion: i hit up Angry Wade’s last night (Smith & Butler) for my birthday revels, and as usual it was a good choice, especially if you’ve got a big group. enjoy the bday!

6 rounds + 15 push ups + 2 ring dips, then my triceps shut down!I think next time I’ll add a little weight to the push press (I used 75# today). The ring dips are more challenging than the bar dips that I usually do. I have to get a set of rings. This was a great workout!
I strained the ligaments in my foot and hand. Can’t put any weight on my right leg, pretty bummed about it. I’m hoping it recovers before the O ifting Seminar in Boston.
Punisher would also be down with our t-shirts.

Also, had the distinct pleasure of watching one of the dancer’s from the company that is rehearsing downstairs go through 10 minutes of today’s WOD. He was in great shape and Jacinto wisely introduced him to a CF-style WOD. Would great to have him back.
If anyone has a chance you should definitely check out some of the company’s rehearsals. The handstand/gymnastic work they have in the show is simply amazing.

hey gang, P$ here. I made this workout up over the weekend in my parents basement with an old school, crude wieght set and my rings. It was brutal!
As rx’d5 rounds and 7 push ups.The ring dips killed me too shane.great workout though.
