First day at Crossfit brooklyn today was great. My sis and I got great instruction on deadlift, and I feel more confident in my deadlifting than I ever had–ready to try to move some real weight next time.
Rope climbs and mini WOD were fun!

185, 205, 225, 225, 235 (pr). What a great lift the deadlift is…can’t wait for these numbers to jump up. Legs smoked from doing lunges post-WOD.

Damn. Cleans to front squats… brutal. Could not do this one fast. Ended up being a good test of mental endurance.
