We’re Huge in Germany

The Hadel Media Corporation will be doing an interview and video documentary on CrossFit South Brooklyn next month. Their intention is to spread the CrossFit concept to Europe as well as profile our community and gym. We will be filmed for their DVD documentary series, "Power on TV" as well as being featured in at least one of their German print publications. If anyone has any reservations about being on camera please let me know ahead of time and we will make the necessary accomodations.  Also, if anyone is interested in being interviewed, shoot me an email and I will begin to make a list for Mr. Hadel of potential focus athletes.

  3. by the way, i just got so inspired watching the video of quarter gone bad. i cannot wait to get back to the lyceum! (even though we’ll be missing one of our most… outspoken coaches.)

    Cool news about the German crew, although I hope they’re not coming over Memorial Day weekend. That’s vacation time. Much needed vacation time.

    I’ll also be checking out Crossfit Oakland on the 31st. I’m going to try to do Crossfit Oakland on that Saturday, take the red eye back to NYC, then Crossfit South Brooklyn on Sunday. Both coasts in 24 hours… nice.

    two more weeks of rugby and then i’m looking forward to being back at the lyceum on a regular basis.

    speaking of – we have our last home game next saturday may 10th if anyone is interested in checking out some rugby. first kickoff is at 11 am and we have two games. we’re playing at kaiser park near coney island. two of my teammates are regulars at the black box! let me know if you’re interested!

    I hope the germans don’t come memorial day weekend either… that’s the Crossfit east coast challenge. Jeremy, who is nearly 31 by the way, will be competing. Are we going or what?!

    I am down for beers, rugby, and general good times.
