7am: remains of a bumble bar (chai flavored), leftover chicken from olive vine on bran crackers, several healthy scoops of hemp butter, some almonds and dried fruit. Maybe chocolate? water.
10:30am: awakened by Mom.. checking in on the eye situation. water.
1pm: sauerkraut and grape tomatoes. shower. coffee. water. unfulfilled craving for radiohead’s ok computer. (not on itunes.)
2-3:30pm intermittent deep conversations with best friend.
4pm: yogurt, flaxmeal and blueberries. Perrier. With lemon.
currently: skipping co-op shift to lie in bed while serenaded by the sound above of small children pounding, falling, wailing, getting up, pounding, falling wailing, getting up…
vision much improved.

C’MON! Everytime I don’t make the Sunday workout it ends up being one I really want to do when I show up.
I’m sure this was such a good one to do with the group. This would’ve been so much fun.

ugh…. was still freaking drunk the next morning….
2 huge glasses of water, no asprin in sight. shower, more water. went to get food. food places closed till 11… want to die. clean batheroom with drunk energy. actually set up my rings in my backyeard mid day… bad idea, almost break my face on cement. the rest of the day was spent sadly playing mario cart.
had a great time though!

My Hangover SundayWater before bed…unfortunately I woke up at 8:30 – wide awake and couldn’t go back to sleep. Drank more water and became one with the couch for a few hours. Stuck watching infomercials for about a half hour- too lazy to get up to get the remote. Gatorade. I needed something sweet…Trooped to Staten Island to visit grandpa but I looked more tired than him & he’s 86. Back to Brooklyn…more water…meet up with a friend and go through a bottle of wine. Slept like a baby last night!!! Had a great time with you all. We should do it more often…
My foot feels sooo much better! (maybe it was all the alcohol this weekend) Have my checkup with Doc on Saturday so hopefully I’ll be back with you guys on Sunday.
