I’ll confess to not being that enthusiastic before it started, but it wasn’t that bad once it got rolling.

Hey Michele, a few ideas;
For 20 min. get as many rounds in as you can of:Row 500mMax set of Push UpsYour score is the total of all push ups.—-5 Rounds of Row 1K, rest 1 min between rounds——
If squats are ok then
Barbara: Five rounds of20 Pull-ups30 Push-ups40 Sit-ups50 SquatsRest three minutes between each round.——How many rounds in 20 min. of:20 Sit Ups15 Squats10 Pushups

I dropped in on the beginner class during my holiday in the big apple. One class showed me how much I’m missing not having an affiliate gym back home. We worked on hang power clean for most of the class and I came closer to doing a proper clean within that single hour than I would ever on my own. There is no substitute for good personal instruction on these technical skills. Thanks CFSBK, I’ll be back next time for sure.
Michele:In addition to everyone else’s suggestions. You can work on your Bench Press, Pull-ups, Bent over Rows and ring work.
You could also use this time to do some soft tissue work with a foam roller and stretching.
The Boxes are Great!

Thanks so much for checking us out! We love having international CrossFitters drop in! I encourage you to return the next time you find yourself in the US. Remember to do you Dislocates!
