95# cleans
10s and 9s L Pull-ups but decided I should scale it
8-1 Kipping pull-ups all unbroken. Easy.
Let me know if you guys are interested in learning how to kip on the rings. I’d like everyone to have a quality med ball clean and know how to kip before I go.
