Stress fracture in my third metatarsal & an inflamed tendon in arch of my foot (i forget the name of it) Sidelined for about 2 weeks…I’ll try to pass thru CFSBK this week to drop off the plyo boxes. See you all soon.

All my fault…went running, tried to avoid a cracked up sidewalk and landed on the front of my foot. So dumb! No major damage, just need to wear sneakers and lay off working out until I see doc again in 2 weeks. Maybe I should focus on getting a pull up in these 2 weeks!
