I’ve never done Hang Power Cleans so i started light.

I think i could have gotten 128.5 if it wasn’t my seventh set and I didn’t have to start class. My second to last full Squat Clean PR was 128 now it’s 143. I guess it’s pretty good that i can HPC my previous Squat Clean PR.
When i say Grindy.. we’re doing GRINDY!

Regular Cindy is AMRAP in 20 minutes of the triplet: 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats.

this looks like a great workout – sorry i missed it!
unfortunately i hurt my foot on sunday playing rugby and am getting it checked out tomorrow. feels like a possible stress fracture but i’m crossing my fingers that its not!

Speaking of shirts how about: “Forging elite fitness one brutal WOD at a time.”
or alternatively one I saw on a shirt the other day: “I may not be smart but I can lift heavy things.”
