26:30 as Rx’d going top to bottom.
Squats, Sit-ups, lunges and ring dips were easy. Everything else got real ugly real fast. Shane and I kept each other on pace pretty well. He was beating me all the way to HSPU’s where i took advantage of a significant difference in ROM.
Everyone did an amazing job today as usual. Guy specifically impressed me with his determination to finish that WOD.
