Felt good to be back. The week off was nice, but I was starting to get restless.
Big thanks to David for the extra snatch skill work.
It was my fault that you guys did three sets.. i said it backwards.

great class last night!! really feeling those muscle up lessons david, thank you. shane thanks for looking after my form on those dead lifts i really appreciate it. ha and thnak you margie for standing on about 140 lbs of bumpers to assist me on the muscle ups!

30 Muscle Ups for time:50:30Terrible time and far from perfect reps but I did it.

Rounds 2 – 5 done with dead hang ring pull-ups. My hands were going to rip with the kipping so I decided to switch. I can’t have torn hands for the Gymnastics Cert this weekend!

Barbara(jumping pullups)Had to do squats first cause of logistics
6:066:287:058:082:27 (only got through squats and pullups)so the total time was 41:34Doing the math was a WOD in itself. Lordy.
Allison – you did 30 muscle ups no matter what my friend. That’s kickass.
Wow the space is really coming together so nicely! I cant wait to get back in a few weeks. Started with new Oly coach today and it was great!! Even got a PR on my jerk! Kinda fun being in a college gym/weightroom when you’re past 45 and mostly everyone else tops out at 21!!

Definitely hit a wall round 3, unanchored situps with a towel under my back had me wishing for an abmat and a pair of dumbells.

Totally lost my groove with pull-ups after the first round. sit-ups and Squats were easy, push-ups were broken down in to 5’s mostly to keep pace.
