WOD: 7 rounds plus 4 thrusters, B weight. Had next to nothing in the tank today. Thank you for all the encouragement gang.
Fav moments: 1. Jeremy flying across the floor at the last second like he was shot out of a canon, 2. Al launching himself into the wall cause he was bear crawling so fast, 3. Jack gettin his groove on in the middle of the pain. 4. Fetching Charmel’s water after he willingly kicked his own butt.

Couldn’t have done it without Paul.
I think I encountered ‘Thruster’s High’ (Think Runner’s High) that kicked in about round 5 or 6 where I hit a groove and began to actually enjoy them in a masochistic way.
