In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. Today’s WOD is 4 Rounds of the following stations:
- Double Unders: a: Doubles b: Singles divided by 2
- Kettlebell Swings: a: 20kg b: 12kg
- Dumbbell Squat Cleans: a: 30lbs b: 20lbs
- Push-press: a:65lbs b:45lbs
- Rest
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of
"rotate," the athletes must move to next station immediately for good
score. One point is given for each rep.

It was 5 rounds, not 4. I have the aches and pains to prove it.
Actually, that was a good WOD, although after the front squats on Saturday, the dumbbell squat cleans were vicious.
