A. Strict Pull-Up, 4 x Max Reps
B. Back Squat
C. Strict Press
D. Deadlift

Tomorrow we have running, power cleans, and burpees.
For B-E lifts, perform 2-3 warm-up sets followed by:
70% TM x 3
80% TM x 3
90% TM x 3+
This is our second “wave” through the Wendler 5/3/1 Protocol. Follow the instructions below and your coach’s guidance to have a successful next few weeks of lifting!
Step 1: Calculate your new theoretical 1 Rep Max: Add ~5-10lb to your original 1RM.
Step 2: Calculate your new Training Max (TM): 90% x 1RM.
Step 3: Calculate your work weights above based off your new TM!
Employ slight rounding as needed.
Example: Original 1 Rep Max = 100lbs
1. New theoretical 1RM = 100 + 5 = 105lbs
2. New TM = 105 x .9 = 95lbs
3. Work weights today = 65, 75, 85lb

30 Wall Walk (15ea)
60 Horizontal Ring Row (30ea)
120 Wall Ball Shots (20#/10′, 14#/9′) (60ea)
Notes
In this workout, partners will chip through one movement at a time, trading off as desired. The reps listed are total for the team. Athletes get to 30 reps on the wall walk before moving on to the ring rows, and so on.
Example: A does 5 wall walks, B does 5 wall walks. Trading back and forth until they get to 30 total reps.
WW: Scale to partial ROM reps as needed, aiming for consistency across the reps. If needed, scale further to an Angled Inversion Hold OR Box Pike Hold. 1 “rep” = 5 second hold.
RR: Rings touch the sides of the chest at the top of the rep. If needed, scale to feet on floor and choose a tough angle such that you cannot complete more than 8 reps at a time.
WB: Choose a height and weight you can perform 20 reps unbroken with when fresh. At this point in the workout, trade off manageable sets with your partner so you minimize rest and transition time and chip through to the finish!
