Accumulate as many reps as possible of each movement in the time allowed. Aim for a relatively even rep count across the rounds, but know that this workout will challenge our muscle endurance and some attrition is expected! Unless you’re Captain David Osorio, the ring dips will add up quickly.
Choose a gymnastic variation today that you can complete at least 5 unbroken reps with when fresh, and one that allows for a slower-down, faster-up tempo, even under fatigue.

C. Madator Dip
D. Matador Dip with band assist
E. Bench Dip
There is no extra transition time between the ring dips and the row. Score is total dips and total calories.
