Short Circuit classes consist of a series of strength training and conditioning circuits designed to get your blood pumping. These classes utilize bodyweight, dumbbell and kettlebell exercises for those who are are interested in getting a great workout but less interested in heavy barbell training and more technically demanding movements. Each class starts with a led warm-up before getting into a strength training circuit and then ending with a higher intensity conditioning circuit. These classes are appropriate for all and can be scaled to any ability, no prior experience is required!
