Today, choose your own adventure on the cardio movement. Scale so that it takes you about 1 min or less per round at a sustainable effort. Perhaps pick your least favorite?
With the rowing option, this is Open WOD 18.1!
The DB movement is 5 reps on one arm, then 5 reps on the other arm.

JOIN OR DIE, an interview with David Osorio
Coach David recently sat down with the directors of the film “Join or Die” which we screened last year at the gym. The film demonstrates the need for social clubs in society and what happens when we lose our social capital and connections to people outside of our echo chambers. This interview series is called “What are you doing alone that you could be doing together?” and talks to community leaders about why and how they have built community around a common cause.
