5-6 Intervals of:
5-8 Bench Press
25/20 Calorie Row
Notes
Each interval attempt a heavy set of bench press followed by the row as quickly as possible. Rest as needed between intervals.
If you get less than 5 reps in a bench press set, perform a cluster set to get at least 5-8 reps. Then perform lower weight on the following interval.
