Every 2:00 perform 3-5 chin-ups/assisted chin-ups for 5 sets.
Notes
If you have 5-10+ strict chin-ups, consider the 1RM. Otherwise pick a rep range from around 3-5 reps and see if you can perform consistent volume per round. Even if you have to break up your reps as you fatigue.
