STRENGTH
5 Progressive Sets of:
1 Power Snatch
Notes
After 3–4 barbell warm-up sets, complete 5 working sets of 1 Power Snatch. Build progressively in load across all 5 sets, aiming for crisp, technically sound reps. Focus on a tight set up and pulling yourself under the bar quickly. Only go as heavy as you can maintain solid technique with.

Last week we took on “Grace” and today we take on her sister “Isabel”. Similarly, this workout should be short but can range from 2-8 minutes depending on the person. While we want to move fast, it’s more important to move well.
Skill version
Using a modest weight, perform 1 rep, every :15-:20, capped at 8:00
