I was JUST reviewing these benchmarks on Wednesday. Seems like there is quite a leap from beginner to intermediate on the Athletic Skills chart, though it does indicate that it can take several years to achieve intermediate status. But it's a great way to line up general weaknesses/strengths in one's performance.

bfastprobioticherbs2oz tuna, 1 wild mushroom chicken sausage, 1/3 bottle of katalyst kombucha, couple grapeslick of almond butter.

Does anyone else ever experience insulin-type spikes from too much sodium? I have been out of balance with my sodium intake lately and have noticed more food cravings and "hormonal" hunger.

breakfast:can of ginger ale.

Breakfast today was the usual berry/protein/oats shake.

Just picked up some bison last night, David has inspired me to try a bison and chard meal for a weekend lunch. I think a healthy dose of sriracha would go nice in there.

I loved the "vices" article. My vice is a nightly cocktail after dinner (just one!), so the info about enjoying liquors in moderation was nice.

The benchmarks were interesting, I definitely need to work on my press.

Steph, hope you're feeling better! Keep drinking water too. Warm water. And we are back at the Lyceum this weekend.

By the way, I'm definitely down for the snatch workshop.

Meanwhile I'm loving how fast the improvements are coming:
