Randy was my idea.

I miss you guys so much. I'm having some fun out here but I'm a little home sick. I was stuck without a computer and I found out I'm in big trouble without a car. I'm going to have to learn how to drive again :/

The cert was great this weekend and I'm going to the Olympic Lifting Cert on the 24th. I can't wait. Coach B came yesterday and gave us a taste of what to expect from his cert. He's incredible and my shoulders are fried just from holding that PVC.

Hope you guys are hitting PRs everyday!

Erik... This is a little late but I just caught your post from the Press, Push Press, Push Jerk WOD.

You only posted your press becuase you weren't happy with the rest?? Don't do that again.

We all have bad days that we wish we could do over. Guess what.. you can do it over! The next time the WOD comes up you'll know what to do change. Post your weights even if they're not what you hoped for or even if they're not your best along with what went wrong so you don't make the same mistake twice.

Part of the workouts is strategy. If what you did didn't work make a note of it but don't blow off the work you did. I'm sure it's not as bad as you think anyway. You're strong.
