Ocean Parkway was closed because of a roadrace. I tried sneaking up Coney Island or side streets but 30mins later I was still SE of Prospect Park, will have to do this one on my own.

Tonight 9PM at the 4th Ave Pub for anyone who's interested in raising a few.

We wondered where you were.

Press maxed @ 140, a PR.The push press and push jerks were an embarrassment that I'm not going to soil this blog by reporting on. I think I just burnt out on the press.

After class set a new deadlifting PR @ 350.

bad news from doc...Out of comission for another 2 weeks. I'll make my way to the Lyceum this week though. There's plenty I can do without too much stress on my foot!

See you all tonight at Jeremy's bday celebration
