26:30 as Rx'd going top to bottom.

Squats, Sit-ups, lunges and ring dips were easy. Everything else got real ugly real fast. Shane and I kept each other on pace pretty well. He was beating me all the way to HSPU's where i took advantage of a significant difference in ROM.

Everyone did an amazing job today as usual. Guy specifically impressed me with his determination to finish that WOD.

Press: 85, 90, 92, 95, 97Push Press: 100, 105, 110, 115, 117Push Jerk: 117, 120, 125 x 2 didn't push it

Did the total I missed since I already had the press done:

TOTAL:Press 97 (7#PR)Back Squat: 200, 205 210 (5#PR)Deadlift: 233, 235, 240 (Tried 245 and couldn't get it off the floor.. shouldn't even have tried considering how terrible my back looked and felt at 240)

TOTAL: 547
