50 pound Weighted pull-up, 15 seconds

The pull-ups made me mad. I've don emuch heavier weighted pull-ups but with a KB around my waist.

This time I had to try to hold a DB between my little feet. It didn't work so well and took my shoe off at one point.

Guys I'm bringing back a fun little workout that I did yesterday. It's my favorite workout and one of my least favorite workouts combined. It was the first time in my CrossFit history that I ever finished DFL.. but to my credit I was going against those powerhouse men. It was fun.
