Perhaps the instruction wasn't THAT good since we were actually working with a SNATCH Grip. Just kidding, you did awesome as usual, Margie. And yes, perhaps a rest day is in line since you did thrusters and squat cleans yesterday!

Had my date with Fran tonight, 5:22.

I knew it would be faster with a pullup bar but I didn't think it would be that much faster.

That's awesome! like 2 minutes faster if i remember correctly. Can't wait till get the pull-up bars.

Everyone do me a favor and ask Eric (the brown haired guy behind the computer) when we're going to get the pull-ups bars in!!
