Open Gym Membership

CrossFit Group Class members have been enjoying our Open Gym sessions as part of their membership for years, and now we're offering a membership option and extended hours just for athletes who would like to use our facilities and equipment to do their own programming and training independent of group classes. We have tons of top notch equipment and space to satisfy even the most seasoned lifter. Our facility and gym culture are like no where else in New York and we encourage interested folks to check it out!

If you're an experienced CrossFitter, Olympic Lifter, Powerlifter or some variant there in and would like to sign up for an Open gym membership, please read the information below and contact David (AT) to sign up.

Open Gym Membership Hours:

Monday through Friday: 6am-1pm (non-proctored)
Friday: 5:30pm-8:00pm (proctored)
Saturday: 2-4pm (proctored)
Sunday: 6-8pm (proctored)


Drop In: $25
10 Class Punch Card: $200 ($20/Session)
Monthly Recurring: $185

OG Membership Protocol:

- There is no cap on how often you can come, however we ask that you keep your training sessions to two hours or less.
- OG members will have to sign in at the Front Desk when entering the gym.
- Please be accommodating to the coach teaching class as sometimes they may need a particular space for running a group class WOD.
- Open gym memberships cannot be used for any of our group, specialty or semi private classes.
